The triceps dip is one of the most effective exercises for activating the triceps muscles in your upper arm, why not follow Nick’s tips and try this simple bodyweight exercise at home? Sit on the edge of a stable chair and grip the edge next to your hips with your hands shoulder-width apart. Carefully lift your body and slide forward just far enough that your behind clears the edge of the chair, keep your arms straight with a slight bend in the elbows and extend your legs. Maintain a tight core, look straight ahead and lower yourself toward the floor until your elbows are bent to about 90 degrees, then slowly raise your body up to the start position.
